What delights Dionysus is hearing Grantaire able to accept a compliment. He's getting so much better at it. Dionysus does realize that Grantaire hasn't actually moved from the bed, so he grabs another set of pajamas, and tosses them over. Sleeping in regular normal trousers just sounds so incredibly uncomfortable. "Here, love."
