Galahad is actually quite aware of the upcoming meeting, because Claudius is aware -- he was treated to a lengthy complaint (/fond?) about Enjolras' flyer-making skills the day Claudius encountered him -- but he does pause to look at the new flyer. He presumes someone has worked on it, since it looks like something Claudius would approve of now.
